Privacy Policy

Effective 21 September 2026 · Indrevo (ABN 21 979 134 918)

Effective: 21 September 2026 · App: Kinship (com.indrevo.kinship) · Provider: Indrevo (sole trader, ABN 21 979 134 918), NSW, Australia · Contact: privacy@indrevo.com

Kinship exists because family conversations about care, money and property are sensitive. This policy is written to be read.

1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT do

3. AI processing

The mediator and memo composer send meeting text to our AI processing service (a large-language-model provider under contract) solely to generate the mediator's replies and your memo. Content is transmitted encrypted, is not used for provider model training under our API terms, and is not retained by us outside your family space.

4. Where data lives

Google Firebase (Firestore/Auth/Functions), region us-central1, encrypted in transit and at rest. Cross-border transfer notices per region are in Annex A.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, export (PDF/JSON), and deletion. In-app: Settings → Delete my account & data. Deletion removes your profile and personal identifiers; memos held by your family keep their integrity with your entries marked "account deleted" — the record survives, your live identity does not. Regional rights (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Australian Privacy Act APPs, PIPEDA, Argentina PDPA) are honoured per Annex A; requests to privacy@indrevo.com, answered within 30 days.

6. Retention

Family content: until your family deletes it or the family space is deleted. Support tickets: 2 years. Crash data: 90 days.

7. Security

TLS 1.3 in transit; Firestore rules enforce family-membership access and append-only transcripts; per-app HMAC-signed telemetry; optional biometric app lock (biometrics never leave your device).

8. Children

Kinship is rated 17+, with a hard block under 16. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes

Material changes are notified in-app 30 days ahead. Continued use after that is acceptance.
